In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "hot646," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the hot646.asia platform, a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming operator.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on hot646.asia, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person — corporate entities and automated agents may not register Accounts;
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• You are not excluded from using gaming services by any court order, self-exclusion agreement, or PAGCOR directive;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of hot646 or any of its affiliated game providers;

2.2 Registration Process

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form, including a valid Philippine mobile number and a password of your choosing. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change. hot646 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, hot646 reserves the right to immediately close all associated Accounts, void any pending or completed winnings, and forfeit all Balances exceeding the original deposited amount.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

hot646 is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering law to verify the identity of all Players. You are required to complete KYC verification before withdrawal privileges are granted. KYC requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as UMID, PhilSys ID, Driver's License, or Passport) and a live selfie. hot646 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC may result in Account suspension and return of deposited funds.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to, the following obligations:

4.1 Deposits

Deposits to your hot646 Account may be made via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your Account in real time. Bank transfer processing times are subject to the policies of the applicable financial institution.

All deposited funds must originate from a payment account that belongs to and is controlled by you personally. hot646 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit where the source of funds cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder.

4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

hot646 complies with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended and all related AMLC regulations. Deposits and withdrawals are monitored for suspicious activity. hot646 reserves the right to hold, freeze, or return funds and to report transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where legally required. • Registration or use of the Platform by any person under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts on the Platform;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account credentials;
• Using the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit any game, software, system, or promotional offer in a manner not intended by hot646;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without prior written authorization from hot646;
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Use any automated data extraction tools, including web scrapers, against the Platform;

The hot646 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the hot646 operator. You may not use these marks in any way without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hot646 shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings;
• Any gaming losses incurred through normal use of the Platform;
• Any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss arising from technical failures, system downtime, internet connectivity issues, or unauthorized third-party access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials;
• Any inaccuracy in information displayed on the Platform resulting from a technical error, subject to hot646's obligation to void affected bets and return staked amounts in accordance with Section 6.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit hot646's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

Where hot646 is found liable to you for any claim arising from these Terms, hot646's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you deposited to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.1 Player Obligations

10.3 Minors

Upon Account termination for breach of these Terms, hot646 may, in its discretion, forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Where termination is not due to Player misconduct, any verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any required verification procedures.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding Balance will be returned following verification.
